DISTINCTIONS
In recent years, the Consortium has developed methods to improve the use of its own economic
resources and has achieved considerable financial autonomy. The body gains 1.09 Euro from its own
activities for every Euro contributed. Over the past 10 years, the Consortium has distinguished
itself through its activities of technology transfer and training, as well as park management.
| Only 34% of current State grants are used for payroll expenses. |
| Own current revenues generated by the Consortium’s own activities equal 150%
of current State grants and continue to grow; for example, projects acquired over the past three
years totalled € 4M in 2006, € 7.2M in 2007, and the 2008 goal is € 13M. |
