"BOARD OF AUDITORS"
The Board of Auditors is the body that controls the administration of the company, it monitors the observance of the law and of the company charter and controls that corporate accounts and in particular the balance sheet of the Body are regularly drawn up.
The members remain in office for four years and can only be confirmed for two subsequent periods.
The Board of Directors of AREA appoints the Auditors and the Chairman of the Board of Auditors.
