"GENERAL MANAGER"
The General Manager is elected among the members of the Board of Directors on the proposal of
the President.
He/she is in charge of the structure and responsible for the implementation of the decisions
and programmes approved by the governance boards of the Body. The General Manager supervises the
technical, administrative and financial management of the Body, coordinates and controls the
services and structures of the Body, carries out general management tasks, submits proposals to the
governance boards of the Body and deals with the organisation of human resources.
In addition the General Manager enters into contracts and agreements on behalf of and in the
name of the Body.
The General Manager adopts measures as regards the employment and management of personnel,
including selection measures. In particular, the General Manager employs the Department Managers
and assigns management tasks through the stipulation of contracts.
The General Manager takes part in the meetings of the Board of directors and Executive
Committee with power to speak and make proposals, without right of vote.
The General Manager of the Consortium is Mr Giuseppe Colpani.
