"PRESIDENT"
The president of the Consortium is selected among people with experience in solving problems related to research, innovation policies, economic and entrepreneurial promotion and who also have administration skills.
The President remains in office for four years and can be confirmed only once.
The President is the legal representative of the Body. He/she convenes and chairs the Board of Directors and Executive Committee and supervises the implementation of the deliberations.
In addition the President stimulates initiatives for the development of the Body’s technological and scientific research and adopts emergency measures that must be ratified by the competent body before the following meeting.
