"TRAINING" AREA Science Park works to raise the levels of human resource qualifications, regarding this as fundamental to regional growth. In view of the current requirements of the labour market, training - whether geared towards entering the labour market or to gaining higher, specialised qualifications in skills already used - needs to be placed in a European and international context. For this reason, and with financial backing from the European Community, partnerships established with other bodies or resources allocated by AREA itself, an ever growing number of training courses at various levels are being set up at the Science and Technology Park.
