High technological and surface quality of products, faster production times, greater safety and healthier working conditions are the main advantages of fiberglass infusion techniques

AREA Science Park is organising a theoretical and practical workshop dedicated to all companies in the boating sector that produce fibreglass hulls and articles. The workshop will be organised through Area's Shipbuilding & Boating Competence Centre (Centro di Competenza Cantieristica & Nautica).

The workshop, coordinated by Prof. Andrea Ratti, co-director of the Master's Degree in Yacht Design at the MIP – Milan Technology Institute – and a member of the Managing Board of Assocompositi, will provide basic theoretical and practical knowledge of infusion through the actual creation of a hull.
