PATRES - Public Administration Training and
Coaching on Renewable Energy Systems

Funded by the European Commission through the IEE – Intelligent Energy Europe Programme , PATRES   involves 7 countries (Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Spain) in an integrated programme comprising training, technical assistance and coaching addressed to local authorities and social housing bodies to support effective policies for the introduction of RES-based systems in private and public buildings.
PATRES aims to translate such policies into the drafting or the updating of regulations for the construction or renovation of buildings or for green public procurement procedures.
The project entails, together with the analysis of national and European best-practices and customized training for office heads and technical officers from local authorities and social housing bodies, the development of 28 pilot actions which will benefit from ad-hoc professional coaching.
