The Fuel Cell project set up by AREA Science Park aims to create a research-to-business “energy channel” in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, with particular emphasis on the development of fuel cells, a highly promising sector related to hydrogen economy.

AREA is carrying out a series of activities in the fields of research, industrialization and production of fuel cells in collaboration with high-profile scientific institutions committed to this field.
