AbstractAn Israeli SME specialising in License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology seeks a
machine vision solution able to distinguish between the different types and models of vehicles
during movement in an outdoors environment. Partners are sought for technical cooperation.
DescriptionLPR (License Plate Recognition) systems that are able to recognise the license
plate numbers of fast moving vehicles have become commonplace. Law enforcement, security and other
entities seek additional capabilities integrated into LPR systems that will enable gathering of
additional data needed to provide a more effective solution.

The offered solution/technology should be able to distinguish between hundreds of different
models of cars and vehicles traveling at high speeds in outdoor environments with a high degree of
accuracy. The solution should be field-tested.
