(Ref: 07 IL ILMI 0IFG)
DeadlineFri, July 25, 2008
AbstractAn Israeli company is looking for high-powered light emitting diodes with over one
watt power in UV spectral region and over 3 watts in visible spectrum. The technology requested can
either be fully developed or already on the market.
DescriptionAn Israeli company, which specializes in processes of electronics
manufacturing, requests a technology/products supporting high-power LEDs. Currently the company
uses various types of illumination sources in its electronic manufacturing systems, but needs to
broaden the range of its products. The technology has to provide the diodes with more than 1 (one)
watt in the UV spectral region and more than 3 watts in the visible spectrum.
