AbstractA Lithuanian company is looking for new technologies in order to build the
energy-efficient hotel with SPA center. Company intends to build a complex on the seashore made of
hotel (approx. 1500 sq. m.), SPA center (approx. 3300 sq. m.) and apartments (approx. 7600 sq. m.).
Technologies for energy efficient buildings, with low energy consumption and reduced running cost
based on renewable energy sources are expected. Solutions that are fully developed and already on
the market are preferred.
DescriptionA Lithuanian company is planning to develop a complex on the seashore of the
Baltic Sea made of hotel (approx. 1500 sq. m.), SPA center (approx. 3300 sq. m.) and apartments
(approx. 7600 sq. m.). The company is currently preparing vision for this complex and wants to
implement new solutions, technologies in order to increase energy efficiency of the buildings.
Exploitation of renewable energy (geothermal, wind) sources could be expected especially in a case
of SPA center. This gives a ground for search of new technologies and solutions which enables to
save energy and creates an opportunity to decrease the energy consumption of the hotel with SPA
center.
