Title
Innovative system for surveillance and recording of high temperature processes. (Ref: 08 BG
0529 0IOI )
DeadlineWed, August 05, 2009
AbstractBulgarian company specialized in the design and development of access control
systems, has developed a reliable system for surveillance and recording of high temperature
processes in the visible spectrum in or near high temperature objects as well as in the zone of
their cooling. The company is looking for commercial agreement with technical assistance with
foreign companies as well as strategic partnerships with foreign investors.
DescriptionThe thermal video surveillance system can perform constant monitoring and
recording on a special video controller. It was developed for applications in surveillance and
recording of high temperature processes in the visible spectrum in furnaces, rock coolers,
economizers, etc. The system is a multifunctional system that may be constructed and used for
monitoring in different points, near high temperature objects – for monitoring the condition of the
torch or the condition of the fired material, as well as in the zone of its cooling – grid cooler
in the furnaces for cement manufacturing. It is also applicable in the cement, ceramics, glass
industries, as well as the chemical and food processing industries. The system is constructed and
finished so that, during operation, it can guarantee a high level of reliability, even during
eventual failures in the processes. For example, during power failures, with the respective
stopping of operation of the furnaces and servicing aggregates, the cooling of the system will
continue. This is due to the complex pneumatic mechanic mount safety system.
