AbstractA Polish SME is specializing in design and realization of systems for machine with
hydraulic and pneumatic drive and for intelligent houses. Nowadays the company is using PLC
controllers (Programmable Logic Controller/programmable system with recorded program in internal
memory carried out in cycles), but would like to get new solution in programming of intelligent
houses. This solutions should be alternative for PLC controllers. They are looking for commercial
agreement with technical assistance
DescriptionThe company wants to improve the process of designing technologies of intelligent houses.
Presently the company programs the systems of intelligent houses using PLC controllers. That system
is generally applicable on market, so SME is looking for another controller which will be
alternative for PLC controllers. This controller should be cheaper in using and should make
possibility of programming different options (minimum as well as PLC controllers). It should
allowed for control of main house systems like: warming / air-conditioner, safety solutions, light,
comfort solutions. The technology should be already on market.

New controller should be:
- cheaper to use
- should make possibility of programming deferent options (there are sought options
alternative for PLC controllers),
- sought controller functions:
warming / air-conditioner
- temperature reduction during absence of household members,
- switching off air-conditioner and heater in rooms with open windows,
- lower roller blind after getting dark,
safety solutions
- protection and improvements for oldest persons and handicapped,
- simulation of household member presence,
- information of user about unclosed windows and doors during leaving the building,
